Marya Kato is a technology executive with over a decade of experience scaling high-growth SaaS companies and launching successful ventures across North America. Her expertise spans revenue growth, go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystem development, and international market expansion—delivering measurable impact in both startup and enterprise settings.
After founding and scaling two startups, Marya began mentoring with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where she led digital transformation efforts in emerging industrial economies and advocated for STEM inclusion, particularly for young girls and underrepresented communities.
Since 2017, she has advised SaaS organizations of all sizes, helping them unlock new revenue streams, optimize GTM execution, and build resilient, inclusive growth models.
In 2020, Marya became the first Belarusian-American woman named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. She remains committed to advancing inclusive leadership in technology and building a more equitable, sustainable digital future.
My story began with a passion for helping businesses succeed. I saw a need for personalized, results-driven advisory services, and set out to create a boutique advisory firm that would meet that need. After a decade in the industry and 8 years working with clients, I continue to uphold that same passion and commitment to excellence.
